Consignment lists actual stock on hand, against all purchase orders received, enabling the consignment of pallets quickly and easily. You can filter pallets by locations or growers. The module controls returns and rejections of stock. ProducePak produces most of the relevant documentation required, at the click of a button – saving you time and money. Using this module in conjunction with the Alerts & Messaging module, you can instantly email or fax delivery dockets and invoices to customers. Quality alerts are built in to stop you from accidentaily consigning substandard goods to premium customers.


The Consignment module allows you to view your packed produce, purchase orders/list of customers, and rapidly consign goods and automatically create Delivery Dockets, Transport Dockets and more.

Consigning Goods
When consigning goods in ProducePak, you can filter your available produce by:

• Produce type
• Colour
• Size
• Grade
• Unit (carton) type
• And more…

This facility allows you to view only the produce you are interested in consigning; by right clicking on each pallet and selecting the customer you wish to consign to – you can sell produce and automatically generate all relevant paperwork in a matter of minutes instead of hours!

Colour Coded Sales Orders
During the consignment process, sales orders are colour coded to help your rapidly identify overdue orders, filled orders, and partial orders.

Quality Alerts
When goods are being consigned pallets are marked in RED where the QA results from their Lot/Batch suggests that the cartons are out of acceptable specification. This facility can stop accidental consignment of sub standard goods to premium customers. By selecting a pallet, and then clicking the “QA” button, you can instantly see a QA report for the selected pallet. This feature requires the ProducePak Quality Assurance module.

Delivery Dockets & Invoices
The Consignment module can rapidly produce your Delivery Dockets, these dockets can accompany the shipment of goods and can also double as an invoice if required. The dockets fit inside a window envelope if you choose to include pricing information on the docket. Automatic creation of Delivery Dockets saves a massive amount of time in the office!

For selected customers such as, you can display ‘their’ product codes next to each item on the Delivery Docket.


Transport Dockets
At the same time as Delivery Dockets are generated, ProducePak can generate Transport Dockets which can be used to replace your existing transport company documentation. The details shown on the Transport Docket are only the essential information required for your transport company. Each transport docket has a unique number shown on it, and you can automatically add a prefix and a postfix, or adjust the number range values to suit your transport company’s requirements.


Pricing Goods
The Consignment module allows you to price goods by unit (ie: sell on a per carton/bin/bucket rate), or, goods can be sold on a per kilogram rate. You can choose to show or hide pricing information on Delivery Dockets depending on your customer’s requirements. Pricing information can be exported to your financial package using the ProducePak Financial module [see Financial Module]

Archiving Purchase Orders
Use the Archive facility to hide purchase orders that are expired or wont be filled. You can return to the archive to retrieve an archived purchase order. [note this facility requires the Purchase Order module]

Fax or Email Paperwork
Using the Consignment module with the Messaging module, you can fax or email dockets either automatically or at your discretion. Both Transport Dockets and Delivery Dockets can be faxed/emailed to your transport company, or customer (or to anyone else).

For Management
The consignment module is most commonly used by ‘marketers’ or management in the pack-house and allows the user to have access to previous sales information, current produce availability and instant consignment facilities.
